What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome at both locations subject to availability. For a guaranteed slot, we recommend booking ahead via Fresha or Booksy.
What are your hours?
Both shops are open daily. Sherman Oaks is open 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM; North Hollywood is open 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Our Sherman Oaks location serves Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Studio City, Encino, Tarzana, and surrounding areas. Our North Hollywood location is the go-to for North Hollywood, Valley Village, Valley Glen, Studio City, Burbank, Toluca Lake, and the broader San Fernando Valley.
